Paul behind as Romney, Santorum in dead heat (AP)

DES MOINES, Iowa ? Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum are running neck and neck in the Iowa caucuses, and Texas congressman Ron Paul has fallen too far behind to catch either of them.

With all but about 10 percent of the votes counted, Romney and Santorum are separated from each other by less than 100 votes.
